Highly unprofessional and disorganised salon; terrible customer service. Jeff and I were extremely disappointed and angry to find that our appointments with Morph today (10 Feb) had disappeared off the system. Our appointments are booked 3-6 months in advance, and double-checked in person before they go in our calendars. This particular appointment had been booked by Morph Cannington for Morph Claremont--on the phone, by a Cannington staff member, directly in front of us.
