After 9 months with a very painful torn fascia in my foot, I tried laser with dry needling as a last resort before surgery. Jasper was an excellent Osteopath with a calm kind manner. My body is now healing itself and my surgery cancelled. Highly recommend
Phyl did his best to address my flexor issue including massage directly focusing on my problem. Phyl also Demonstrated exercises including important technique to ensure that my form would be correct. Thank you!
