She will recall (it was a couple of years ago) that my settlement became pretty messy, and the sellers settlement agent (local, well known conveyancing firm) were not playing fair- Debbie took care of it all for me, and even took the time to come and inspect the home with me at handover. In addition to this, Debbie then met with me in her own time after hours, to get all relevant paperwork signed etc as I work in the CBD. Customer for life right here! :)
