Not recommended. Talk about non disclosure & dodgy advertising. Approx. 12 hours / 900 kilometers all for nothing. Agent not on site upon arrival. Property not ready for a full inspection. Crap, filth everywhere. No access to 3/4 of property (lost keys), under house was a tip, grounds were a health hazard. Owner then tells me there are termites everywhere, disputes flood maps.
