I had 4 sessions, treatment was good. I had a care plan and had 3 free sessions, I paid for last session. I have to be honest I cannot afford to pay for a session that only lasts 8-12 minutes.

First visit was fantastic second a bit shorter but really good third visit was 15 min and didn’t benefit at all

Shelley really listens when addressing problem areas, and is a true "hands on" physio. From my first visit I felt comfortable and a treatment plan was created from the start. They have a great system to provide you with your exercise plan and excellent follow up. Highly recommend.

I always feel better after my treatments with Shelley - she hits the spots - and that I am on the right track to fixing my body. I like being able to print the exercise programmes out and also having them on the Physi App.
