We recently purchased an apartment with Sophia as the RE agent. We had a pleasant experience despite the extra complications caused by covid. Sophia was friendly, efficient and happy to answer questions (and more importantly, when we had questions that she couldn't immediately answer, would get back to us). If we are in the market for another apartment, we'd have absolutely no issue with getting in contact with Sophia to see what stock she has available.

Sophia responded to my emails and communicated with me via phone before I stepped into Melbourne as I am a interstate buyer. As my timing in Melbourne was short and has a few properties to inspect, she juggled her time to suit us whenever possible, hence no waste of time. She was there to answer all my queries. She replied my text and email promptly and even offered to help my son if he needed help in his move into the building as he was a student living all by himself.
Working with Rita was quite straightforward, through a very difficult time to be buying and selling property. Rita was flexible in allowing our buyer's agent to inspect the property as we were interstate, and in the end we achieved a result we are very happy with. I'd use Rita again when buying or selling in the Docklands area.
