I feel completely let down by Melcorp and would not recommend them. My one-bedroom apartment in Prahran sat vacant for weeks because they did not advertise it on time — even two weeks before my previous tenant vacated, it still wasn’t online, and I had to call and remind them to put it on the market. I have been dealing with Melcorp for well over 5 years. During this time Rita Gong was responsible for handling our account. Rita provided us with exceptional quality of advice, guidance and service. She was excellent in communicating and responded promptly to our requirements. We must also commend the excellent guidance and advice provided by Jimmy Zhou. Both these employees were exceptionally helpful and provided great service.
Mattia was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable when it came to purchasing an apartment through Melcorp. His communication was excellent prior to purchasing, throughout negotiation and post purchase.
