I have been dealing with Melcorp for well over 5 years. During this time Rita Gong was responsible for handling our account. Rita provided us with exceptional quality of advice, guidance and service. She was excellent in communicating and responded promptly to our requirements. We must also commend the excellent guidance and advice provided by Jimmy Zhou. Both these employees were exceptionally helpful and provided great service.
I feel completely let down by Melcorp and would not recommend them. My one-bedroom apartment in Prahran sat vacant for weeks because they did not advertise it on time — even two weeks before my previous tenant vacated, it still wasn’t online, and I had to call and remind them to put it on the market. As a result, the property sat empty from 7 November until the new lease starting 22 December. We have to say thank you to Rita and the dedicate team. I signed up with Melcorp without hesitation because all the costs were upfront, the communication was clear and effective. Rita knows the building and the area. Result wise, I would say this is the nicest and most smooth property sale that I could imagine.
