Have sold 2 Melbourne properties through Melcorp while living interstate - in CBD and inner suburb and their agent Mattia Pecarino was very professional and responsive. In a difficult market it was a low stress experience and both sold. He helped me with every aspect of the sale, with great tips and good humour all the way. Recommend highly.
I feel completely let down by Melcorp and would not recommend them. My one-bedroom apartment in Prahran sat vacant for weeks because they did not advertise it on time — even two weeks before my previous tenant vacated, it still wasn’t online, and I had to call and remind them to put it on the market. As a result, the property sat empty from 7 November until the new lease starting 22 December.
