enjoyable waiting to 3 pm instead of 2pm to get in. I didnt see the email for the code to get in so I had to go to the pub next door and ask how to get in. the property was very clean and roomy with a outside courtyard which was handy

Loved the property except the noisy floorboards The floorboards and stairs creaked. Brand new building, the builder should be defected for bad work.

Truned out to be a nice sunny day. The host could have been more friendly. Did not feel welcome. Communication re entry code and Wifi password was confusing. No coffee sachets. Only capsules with no instrcutions for using the coffee machine. We are not machine users. Private parking, heating, Smart TV, clean shower, clean and comfy bed
Disappointed. Noisy floor boards in bedrooms and on the stairs NO HOT WATER , cold shower was not acceptable. Nicely set out but bed was not comfortable. When we spoke to the management re the hot water they didn’t even apologise, just said it was fixed now. Also had loud drilling noises from 8 .30am when I was on a conference call . Very disappointing! Will not stay there again and not recommend to our wedding guests who will be travelling to Mudgee for the wedding . Good location , it was clean .

Hi Coralie I am so sorry this was your experience. Unfortunately the hot water system did give way during your stay. This has been fixed but i completely understand not being able to tolerate a cold shower. I would honestly be the same. I am also sorry that your complaint was shrugged off.
