Adam was the agent for the property we’ve just purchased. Although employed by the seller, he was a great communicator for us as purchasers; always touched base, kept us in the loop about future open homes that occurred, and honesty in communicating where things were at with offers. He even scheduled a ‘sold’ sign photo opportunity for us, laden with a bouquet of flowers, to celebrate. We’ve never had that for the 3 properties we’ve purchased in our past.
