Maintenance issues, poor communication and unnecessary escalation created months of stress and forced relocation costs. Payment only occurred after Tribunal orders and enforcement pressure. Tenants should document everything and know their rights. Property managers should understand the legislation they operate under. Competence matters.

Firstly this real estate agent in Bankstown McGrath branch I do not recommend them to anyone out there from public the reason being they have left me without a stove over 10 months they damaged thier own property and Accused their own tenants that they done the damage in the when it comes to customer service they don't have customer service at all they take Action against their tenants at the tribunal court's for their own interest they take advantage of people who battlers specially during covid 19 times

To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. We've been renting with McGrath for 1 year & 5months, we have been complaining about x2 showers not functioning in a 4 bedroom home with 7 people living there for 1 year and 3 months, the nice people we are just kept letting it slide. I call up Michael to discuss the property, and intentions to make an offer. Michael tells me that the house was sold at auction over the weekend. I made it clear the advert showed that it was not an action, however, Michael cut me off and became very defensive and started to use inappropriate words and even to the point on tell me to go complain, even when I asked if he can tell me where it says it on the ad.
