How can your team be so f***ing stupid and send a jack bar instead of a rocker bar when they are clearly labelled...? Does your shipping team not check each order before they are despatched??? Luckily, I had the bright idea to check the product with the installer before leaving my car there for it to be fitted. Terrible quality and lack of support! Welding wire hanging from all my bullbar's hoop welds along with spatter all powdercoated over. Customer service is terrible, been waiting months for a resolution with many calls and emails just keep advising they'll get back to you.
Very poor quality made. Just used it for 10,000 kms.

Decent bar, holding up ok, but not amazing. Got the Falcon bar with the triple loops. Some minor issues with the paint where it had broken away on the fine edges. Not visible or obvious, but still annoying and will probs lead to rust if I don't touch it up.
I will never buy another product from MCC. My bull bar is only two years old and looks like it’s 10 years old now. All the paint has faded and now has rust coming though what’s left of the paint. To top it off the business that I brought it of has closed its doors.
Had my phoenix bar fitted yesterday to my Pajero Sport. Happy with the bar but the customer service is poor. My car was handed back to me in a filty state, the fitter who laid on the dirty floor fitting my car transfered all the grime and dirt from the floor to my seats, kick panels and carpets. The response was its only dust it will wipe off. As an FYI MCC.... kick panels are not for kicking open doors with your grubby muddy work boots. Customers New cars dont deserved to be treated this way by your staff even if its a 4WD... read more
I bought a new rear bar for my Gu patrol and had it colour coded and fitted. When it come to installing the lights i realised one of the reversing lights would not fit due to the bracket behind to hold the light was welded 20mm to the left. MCC has been advised and sent photos and arent interested in sorting THEIR issue. I should have paid the extra and went to ARB.
