Dr Shoung was very persistent in solving the problems with a loose implant screw, carefully and successfully resolving the issue and avoiding the need for a new crown. He and the dental nurse worked through their lunch break to find the extra time required. I'm very grateful.

The customer representative was nice and helpful plus Assely who treated us today was friendly and accomodating. She was informative and took her time in telling me about better ways to improve my oral health

I really like my dentist Cathy at Melbourne central. But I don't really like one of the white female receptionist. Cathy said they can give me a dental plan with price breakdown. But she insisted she can only do one for the next appointment. Even my other dentist can easily just punch in all the code and give me a plan for all the potential fix I need. Dentist was very patient with questions whilst being straightforward and polite on matters regarding my teeth and gums. Teeth cleaning was straightforward and not too painful.
