I was very happy with your inspector - he was pleasant to deal with and appeared efficient. Went out of his way to put back items which needed to be moved. Re your report - I appreciate that you need to qualify aspects of the report to cover areas or aspects which you can not report on for one reason or another, but from the overall tone of the report I am always left with the feeling that the outcome is negative rather than positive, without any redeeming features.,

Adam was great, lovely to deal with and really thorough. This was the second time Adam has looked after our place and we were glad to have him come back — he even remembered our house from last time and knew what to focus on! Also really appreciated the help from the office staff in booking the appointment, the process was very straightforward and quick to organise. The full pest treatment for our property included the subfloor and the roof, a warranty period, and was really affordable. Thanks Adam and team!
