Campbell was very thorough. He explained what he was doing, spent a long time checking for evidence of pests and discussed what he’d found. He noted safety such as shutting doors whilst spraying outside, reported the state of the bait box in the yard and all pests that he’d seen whilst outside as well as inside. Payment was easy and warranty explained. Campbell was polite and helpful. Great job.
