I was very satisfied with the inspection done by Braydon Robertson. He was really helpful & professional. However, I was extremely disappointed to find many spelling, punctuation & related mistakes in the standard information contained in the report. For example, how can the same word be spelt three different ways? As this standard information would be contained in every similar report issued by the company, it indicates a lack of professionalism by the company's management.
