Very happy with the service we received today from Masters Pest Control. The worker who attended our home was Billy. He arrived on time and went about his work in a quiet and courteous manner. He tried to make sure we understood all aspects of what he was doing and fully outlined all areas to be covered by the package we had ordered. Your service person, Shaun, applied gel in numerous areas of my unit but particularly in the kitchen where the infestation of German cockroaches was far greater than I had realised. In fact I was horrified to find they were even hiding behind a painting on the wall. Ughh!! Shaun warned me it will take up to 6 weeks before they are gone but was hopeful of a good result.
