Booked a termite inspection and accidentally signed up for a podcast. Clayton asked so many questions I wasn’t sure whether he was looking for termites or investigating mee. Thorough inspection, lovely bloke.. 🙋♂️Clayton Clayton was very competent, friendly, helpful worth. The 5 stars I gave him.

Arrived on time, lovely gentleman explained what he was going to do, very sympathetic to the fact l had two small kittens & reassured me that they were safe in regard to the spray used. He was extremely thorough & is definitely a wonderful addition to your company. We have been with the firm for a great number of years & will continue to use Masters Pest Control going forward.

Service was fine. Clayton was very good. Professional and polite. We were told 3pm with up to one hour earlier but we were contacted at 12.09pm and was told 1/2 hour away. So that’s quite a bit earlier and we had to turn around and go back home. Clayton did understand and apologised but next year we would like it a bit closer to specified time if possible.
