Love these guys! From the second I call them, their well mannered staff are just a delight to talk to. I have not used any other company for a few years now as I have always been super happy with their service. I had Liam today and he was thorough and super efficient. He placed some rat traps and did a fantastic job in the attic crawl space. He sprayed all around the property and did a great job inside as well. As always super happy with the service. Thanks :)
Eric turned up at my house to do a termite inspection on the dot as per schedule, so timeliness tick. He explained the inspection process clearly and concisely. He was very polite and very respectful. The inspection was done thoroughly and he mentioned about the high moisture within the two showers that we have, the cause and how to resolve it. I've always had great experiences with Masters Pest Control, especially Adam, who has done our jobs to last few years. The techs are always on time (or let me know if they are running late), they are very efficient and very informative about what they are doing and anything of concern they have found. I would definitely recommend them.
Billy from Masters is the absolute best. He goes above and beyond to help with any problems we have regarding pests. He is a wealth of knowledge, respectful and is able to cater to our families needs. We feel assured knowing our house is protected throughout the year and even better knowing inside is used with a safe organic spray. Don't hesitate to use Billy from Masters. Rick attended our home and got himself into every nook and cranny, got under the house and into the roof cavity inspecting everything.
