I was very pleased with the prompt service and the work done at my home. Jordan and Jade (hopefully their correct names) were polite and respectful and I was impressed that this manner was shown to each other. I have and will continue to refer others to the business.
It was a necessary piece of equipment for us, there was a delay in ordering parts, wrong part ordered, a long delay before someone was available to install once correct part received and on day of installation you cancelled for apparent lack of staff. We had to reschedule and it was another month before someone came out. We would not recommend your service.
Tradesman gave the machine a thorough inspection with nothing visibly wrong. have mounted on pads as suggested but still hasn't solved the problem.
