Ted and his crew turned up on time and worked tirelessly to complete our job. Our house is extremely low to the ground so the men had to work in a very claustrophobic situation which was not only very challenging but also risky. We are very appreciative that the repairs have all been completed in such a timely manner. Also I must mention my initial enquiry was treated in a very friendly and kind manner by Kerri ,which made me feel I was dealing with a trustworthy business which proved true. Well I had a blocked storm drain And my yard was flooded from the heavy rain So I rung Malouf plumbing on the Sunday night as I was worried the water was going to run over my cement wall and flood the neighbours yard so I asked if they could come first thing Monday morning so they came and put in their high pressure hose and in no time my drain was clear again Thank you fir coming so promptly and fixing my problem
