As I wanted to use them but called back within a respectable time frame and wished to cancel but then was challenged by an arrogant customer service representative by the name of Chris who talked over me the whole time and has zero respect to the customer and wished to proceed their scam and charge me for the whole job that I did not get and continued to lie about how the representative was already on his way when I heard him say not to worry about going to my job then hung up on me. Key was cut upside down. Glad I only paid for one.
Lost my Caravan keys and contact these shiesters for out of hour call. Was quoted $330 ($200 call out + $130 cut keys). Young fellow arrived did job and paper work in under 50 minutes, but charged me $440 😮 Notwanting to cause a problem I paid it and contact the owner nex business day. He wasn't interested in my request for a review, couldn't get off the phone quick enough. Despite acknowledging he quoted $330 he could not explain why the bill was $440 - 33% higher.
