Chris when you called us to book the job, it was explained to you that once you book the job in, if you cancel you will still need to pay the service call of $121. This is our policy & we explain it to every customer when we book in a lockout. You agreed & booked us in. We organised for a locksmith to go straight to you and 15 mins later when the locksmith was about to arrive you called and cancelled. Key was cut upside down. Glad I only paid for one.
Lost my Caravan keys and contact these shiesters for out of hour call. Was quoted $330 ($200 call out + $130 cut keys). Young fellow arrived did job and paper work in under 50 minutes, but charged me $440 😮 Notwanting to cause a problem I paid it and contact the owner nex business day. He wasn't interested in my request for a review, couldn't get off the phone quick enough. Despite acknowledging he quoted $330 he could not explain why the bill was $440 - 33% higher.
