Still to receive my bond back after vacating tenancy in April. Also overcharged rent as my account continued to be debited after keys handed back. I have not been able to follow this up until now due to my mental health issues.Having to deal with this after my mums passing and daughter’s rape has been all too much.They stopped responding to my emails.Last email received was my bond had accidentally been deposited back to the owner. I wish I could give them zero star! I'm an owner and I have a beautiful house in Ooralea. I signed my contract with Ray White and they found a tenant for me. Then my nightmares started! They told me the tenant didn't pay the rent for over one months! My husband and I were in stress for over a month and the tenant was saying I paid. We found out Ray White didn't check their bank account properly! They send 2-3 warning letters to the poor tenant! All inspections during our lease was great, not one mistake. Then all of a sudden our vacate condition report was ridiculous! Im sorry, the toilet does stain over a period of time, no matter how much bleach or scrubbing you do it wont come out! We left that house cleaner than what we got it; you guys dont know that because you bought out the realestate that had our property first and paperwork must have been lost in the process huh.
