Absolutely unbelievable experience. Initially quoted $390 to replace a customer supplied EGR, received a call about the intake needing to be cleaned to which we agreed, only to have added 2.5hours of labour for a 1hour job MAX & they left the old blanking plates in, left hose clamps loose & dirty hand prints on the vehicle. I’m no Karen but this is a bullsh!t job for $720 that has to be fixed & you best believe they wouldn’t compensate for their major stuff up. Don’t recommend at all. Will use dodgy parts on your car, then charge you extra for looking at issues they caused then try and get more money out of ya for issues that you don’t even have on the car. They refuse to fix problems they cause & refuse to communicate properly or refund. Instead they’ll block you.
