I am a current tenant and have had a handful of issues in the 12 months I have been here. Had a leaking shower for approximately 10 months that was significantly getting worse to the point the floor boards underneath were so water damaged they were chipping away. Advertised as a fully air conditioned house but give only one remote and promised another one but still waiting 12 months later. Very disappointed with how I was looked after, found it hard to get in contact with agent he would never answer or return calls. I put a offer on a house and was told I'd have a counter offer the next day, a month later still no indication on a price and no effort at all to keep in touch with me. I have since gone else where and purchased a house and the service was second to none.
