Your customer service is good but your charges for preparation of renewing new lease $55 and advertising fee of $300 is astronomical and so much more expensive compared to other estate agents. Other estate agents for new lease is $16.50 versus your $55 and advertising or marketing fee only $100 versus your $300. Why is there such a big difference? Have been with Loyal Property for a very long time but might consider changing because of your fees so much more expensive
