Ros is a highly skilled clinician, she is thorough with her assessment and listens to your concerns. I am always happy with my results. I have hooded eyes and a small forehead it can be challenging for a clinician to get the desired results. However, due to Ros's many years of experience, she always achieves a beautiful eye lift
