A very positive experience all round. Very positive interactions with all staff members. Genuine interest in and concern for my issues with my car. Very efficient and effective noomjng for work on my car. Offer of loan vehicle appreciated but not required. Phone call about progress on car greatly appreciated and very infofmative. Confirmation that my cR was availae for colle tio very timely. My car slunded a d felt quite diffefent as I drive away. I am delughted with car performance sfter a sma amount of driving to date.
