Please think before you rent through LJ Hooker. I have rented properties for the past 20 years and the only time I have ever had an issue has been twice through LJ. They try and make you pay and repaint whole walls when it clearly states on your entry report that the walls needed painting. Also we were there for 6 years and had so 24 times the so called rental manger walked through the house and not once mentioned we needed to repaint walls. Now we have to get the RTA to sort it out. Rang and spoke to Lee Aston about a property, and asked for a rental property appraisal that he said that he would send me- he didn't (after two weeks). Went to an open house for the property in Birkdale that was for sale, asked the agent Lee Aston for a contract . A person was measuring the property up and stated that it was already under contract.
