Extremely knowledgeable, personal and punctual. All round great agent, would happily refer him to anyone.
George was helpful and inciteful in assisting out my property on the market and helping me with improvements to maximise the end sale.
1. She presented an honest opinion on the valuation of the house. 2. Provided important points on ways to prepare a house for sale with optimum impact. 3. Provided good follow up on when actions should occur and promptly inform the vendor. 4. Provided a good photographer, too.
Lisa's knowledge of the local market is exceptional and she was able to guide me through the process, suggesting realistic timeframes for best sale.
