Marie had a good handle on the current market conditions, the impact of the interest rate rises and what would be a reasonable reserve price for our property which matched our expectations. Marie was responsive but also ver proactive to reach out and provide the family guidance as needed. In the end, we sold above reserve and this was done via a very short term auction process (three weeks). Marie helped to attract the right people to the property to ensure success.
In a time of haughty and unscrupulous agents, Luke was genuinely a breath of fresh air. While every other agent we met tried to dodge being helpful like they were Neo in The Matrix, Luke was friendly and helpful, but still results-driven, securing a contract that worked for both parties, while staying in contact and helping us through the journey.
Luke demonstrated a high level of professionalism, friendliness, and relatability right from the outset. He is the only agent I have encountered with whom I would 100% be happy to work with again, and I will not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone who asks. My only gripe is that we were informed that the house had undergone exit cleaning before staging, though the condition of the property upon moving in did not align with that.
