convenient to shops & public transport. close to beach windows were a bit sticky & didn’t have screens Good spot close to shops, cafes & public transport. Clovelly beach is a 10 min walk. Basic accommodation. Bathroom is still being finished, some paint & trim to be done, but everything clean & functional. Free secure parking underneath building was great.

Excellent staff and stay The curtains were a bit thin (trivial) We had the 2 bedroom suite. It was very spacious and great for our family stay. The reception staff were exceptional. Nothing but kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early and check out late for our international travellers. Hotel is located a short walk yo the main strip), although it is steep for less able.

great place to stay in the area. very clean, helpful staff, handy location- right above food options neighbours talked til 2/3am but it was ok super clean room, nice common room on the roof, simple walk to beach and Gordon’s Bay
