Pleasant - room needed a deep clean, there was thick dust in windows and corners. Also had to re wash cutlery in kitchen as it was still dirty.

convenient to shops & public transport. close to beach windows were a bit sticky & didn’t have screens Good spot close to shops, cafes & public transport. Clovelly beach is a 10 min walk. Basic accommodation. Bathroom is still being finished, some paint & trim to be done, but everything clean & functional. Free secure parking underneath building was great.
