Pleasant WiFi kept dropping Beds are not the comfiest. Room quite cold even when heater was on. Very nice guy on reception. Location is good

Had a great stay with my kids in the double balcony room. Great location Need to supply a broom for the room. Could improve on a few maintenance issues - cupboards, screen bathroom. The location was great we enjoyed the balcony room. Staff were kind to lend us a trundle bed for our daughter. Shops and buses at the doorstep. Good value for money.

Excellent value and position Great value, had everything we needed. Got a car space. Quiet despite being on a busy road. A little bit of noise from the room above.

Great location, value for money. Clean, roomy and comfortable. On a main road through Clovelly meant traffic noise at peak hours. We were on the 3rd floor and there wasn't a lift - not really an issue as we pack light. Great location - walking distance to beach. Cafes, bakery, restaurant and small independent supermarket within a few metres of accommodation . Plenty of room throughout, clean and tidy and had heating/cooling.
