Combination of hotel and backpackers accommodation. Not very sound proof, could hear guests talking in adjacent room and hallways. AC located directly above the bed, very cold underneath. Beds were not comfy. Would have liked a shade cloth or a couple of umbrellas for shadow on rooftop terrace. Fantastic rooftop terrace with bbq for use by hotel guests. Good My room for the most part was clean but there was visible dry rot and mold damage in the bathroom. makes one wonder how clean things are in general when they let you stay in a room with such a condition. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly. It is a nice property.

Great value for money in a comfortable hotel Housekeeping was hit and miss, sometimes they’d do a full clean and other times it wasn’t so great. Comfortable, clean rooms. The communal kitchen was a great addition! Decent location with beaches just 15 minute walk.
