Fair Very run down. Cupboard doors falling off.no iron. No teatowels, food in the couch. Beds were hard. No lift... its a LOT of stair to climb. Location was good, free off street parking, lots of space. Convenience store downstairs.

Bad Rooms were terrible, no parking, I've stayed in some dodgy places but this one was a wripper.
