Poor there were no pillow cases on the pillows. by the time we had realised, reception was closed so we had to use the pillows without pillowcases. the portacot we were provided with was broken and not safe to be used. the bathroom cleanliness was below standard. great location and recently updated rooms. friendly reception staff.

Fair The bed wasn't very comfortable and the room wasn't very clean. The walls are also quite thin, so all the surrounding noise was very loud. Good location and the parking was handy
Disappointing On-going renovation work was taking place from 6 am each day, just cannot sleep with the noise. And the smell of the dust & paint are not healthy, and affected me with a cough developed after that. Location
Fair Very run down. Cupboard doors falling off.no iron. No teatowels, food in the couch. Beds were hard. No lift... its a LOT of stair to climb. Location was good, free off street parking, lots of space. Convenience store downstairs.
