On balance it suited our needs well at a good price. Asked for a quiet room but were given one overlooking a busy intersection, I think if we had one on the opposite side of the corridor it would have been quieter. Once we had moved in and unpacked and spent a night, we decided not to raise this. Generally clean but some areas dusty and communal kitchen needs improvement. comfortable and good value The facilities were pretty basic and the layout of the 2 bedroom apartment and bathroom was not great but all good given the price. good location, short walk to Clovelly and Coogee beaches. prompt response to all my emails and lovely large outdoor sitting area.
