RecommendedMy bridesmaid has had her hair ruined by this salon 3 weeks before my wedding. They didn’t tell her they booked her in with a trainee. She did not consent to having her hair done by a trainee and we’ve told her that’s malpractice and to take it to VCAT. They’ve apparently told her to come back to make the trainee fix it for their learning purposes. Unapologetic & self serving.
