We were very happy with the service received from Devon Kelly when selling our property. His knowledge of the market, professionalism and communication made us feel comfortable from the start that our property was in capable hands. The experience was smooth and stress free for us and the best possible result was achieved. We appreciate everything Devon did for us and highly recommend him and his team to anyone wanting to sell their property.
The first task was to evict a tenant who was behind in rent. This tenant had been difficult with previous landlords but Devon and staff were very efficient and managed to get them out promptly despite attempts to delay matters. Kelly's work must have been very polite but firm as the final inspection showed a very clean and tidy property. The tenant is thanked for the presentation but not for rent arrears. A paying buyer was found in 2 weeks and the final price suited our expectations.
