The team looked after my fur baby Turtle. When i took him in on the Monday i honestly didn't think he would survive. He stayed until thursday afternoon and is thriving now. The guys and girls here are amazing!!!

My cat Rina got bitten again by a snake called the vets and took Rina in right away. We saw Kiri who was fabulous so kind and very caring...went the extra mile.. Got Rina back after two night stay. Thank you so much for all your help and your follow upcall to make sure she was okay. Would definitely recommend
Staff are amazing! My cat usually hates being handled by anyone but me, but he loved Kiri! Definitely recommend to others :)
