Eloise was fantastic and was overly helpful during the process of getting us approved for our home, she made the process really easy and stress free, would recommend her and Pointcorp to anyone looking for a new house !!
While renting through bloom estate we have discovered that the property managers are very unprofessional childish people. Not only do they not answer call, emails and texts they don't show up to organised house inspections and don't bother to inform you. Eloise and Alex will bully, swear and yell at you when their unprofessionalism is pointed out. A Pointcorp Magnus apartment was not tested for drug residue, despite the fact that the previous tenant had been attended to by paramedics for a drug overdose. When the apartment was finally tested by the new tenant, it tested positive at 22 times the current Australian limit. While Pointcorp agreed that the house was inhabitable, the tenant has still not been reimbursed for the cost of the testing, moving costs and the additional cost of one week’s temporary accommodation. Come on Pointcorp. Do the right thing.
