Very impressed with Chelsea who sold our house in Sunbury. Excellent communication, kept us well informed and updated throughout the process and responded quickly to any queries. Great knowledge of current and changing market. Arranged for staging which looked amazing and was definitely worth the money. Went above and beyond to find potential buyers and sold our property within 2 weeks at a price we were more than happy with. Would recommend Chelsea to friends and family in the future.
Business response:
Thank you so much for your kind words Kirby and Carina! So happy for your next venture 🏡
Danny and Bec acted professionally and with integrity throughout the sales process. This meant the feedback and eventual negotiations that resulted in the sale of our property were straight forward and stress free. Well done!
Nicky and Jason are experts in the Mermaid Waters area which was demonstrated to us throughout the entire sale process. Nicky & Jason were very professional in everything they did. This gave us confidence that the sale of our property would be successful which it was. Nicky & Jason's communication was excellent. Nicky and Jason were a pleasure to deal with and they went beyond what we had expected.
In selecting our preferred agent, we took a close look at who was active in our market and noticed Mitch's strong results. He certainly delivered on his plan to achieve a a great price and for this we are thankful. Strongly recommend this agent if you are looking for someone genuine.
Hayley was very responsive to all communications both in and outside of normal businesses hours. She also provided any requested information promptly and if she did not have on hand, she was able to obtain and provide it within a day or two of requesting. Overall a very professional and stress free experience
After 2 failed sale campaigns with other prestige agencies, I engaged Mitch Palmer's services given his strong track record of results. Very impressed with his expertise and professionalism. He got the job done and sold the property for a price we are happy with.
Rob is an impressive agent. He is dedicated, hardworking and, most importantly from our perspective, honest. Rob took the time to get to know us, know our personal circumstances and adopt a sales/marketing campaign that suited our particular needs. He listened to us and was meticulous in qualifying purchasers. The results of his and his team’s (Jenny) hard work speak for themselves – in short order, he secured an unconditional contract at a price above that which we were expecting.
Business response:
Thanks for the kind words Troy; the sales strategy panned out exactly as we hoped it would. The interstate buyers are excited to be new owners in Contessa and I'm certain they will enjoy the apartment as much as you have. Enjoy your next destination ; )
Bodey was a pleasure to deal with. He was always contactable when needed, very professional and happy to help with any issues that came up throughout the process.
Thank you Chelsea for the professional management of our property sale. Nothing was too much trouble and your knowledgeable and friendly approach made the sale process easy and successful.
Business response:
Thank you Joan for your lovely words! So happy for you and Anthony!
