I had the pleasure of working with Troy and Nicole from Kollosche. They were both very responsive, intuitive, and constant professionals from start to finish. Troy is a skilled listener and negotiator with an in-depth knowledge of the local Currumbin market. At no point did his dedication to selling the property waiver. Without a doubt, we would seek him and his team out immediately for any upcoming real estate transaction in the future. Thank you, Troy, Nicole, James and Isabella!
I cannot recommend Troy & his team of James, Isabella & Nicole highly enough. Troys ability to negotiate is exceptional & his results exceeded my expectations. Everything from marketing to open homes, inspections & communication was conducted professionally & I was constantly kept up to date & in the loop as the sales program progressed. Thank you to a great team for a great result.
The purchasing process for our unit on the Gold Coast was handled in a prompt, professional manner. In particular, I have to really commend the service provided by Rob and his team after our purchase, as they answered many questions relating to moving into the unit, accepting some small deliveries on our behalf, and providing a face time pre settlement inspection as we were interstate. Nothing was too much trouble.
Business response:
Thanks for the kind words Joanne and we know you will enjoy the Oracle apartment. Having sold so many apartments to interstate owners we understand the transition time between buying and moving in can be complicated so we assist as much as possible in setting up power/gas utilities, internet providers and even receiving small deliveries before settlement to make it easier for you. We appreciate the appreciation!
Eddie was excellent to work with, very professional and kept us updated at every stage of the process. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Eddie and the whole team including Nikki who was also wonderful to work with.
Quick at responding and following up. Very helpful.
Corey consistently kept me up to date with the process, he also had suggestions and professional advice when things didn’t quite go to plan throughout the sales campaign. I would be more than happy to recommend Corey and the team at Kollosche.
We have now sold multiple developments with Jamie, every experience has been professional and seamless. He is great at developing a customised marketing strategy for our projects to maximise exposure and find premium buyers.
Business response:
Thanks Kane & Emma. Looking forward to watching your new projects come to life over the coming months.
Chelsea was very professional and polite. She was a great communicator and very genuine. Got the house at a great price and very happy
Excellent work and trustworthy! Marco and his team are not only professional in selling and negotiating processes but also very supportive in post-selling period. They first helped me and my family to negotiate achieving the best price for our new property. Then helped us with finding new furnitures and home appliances with better and exclusive pricing. I would choose them to be my seller agent if I decide to sell my new house in the future
