Purchased a GCTEK9020 cooktop early last year to update a much earlier Kleenmaid cooktop which was still going great after 17 years. We finally got around to installing it recently and the new model required resizing the cutout in the granite benchtop. Although this particular model is no longer in the current catalogue, Kleenmaid were absolutely great with technical advice and assistance in getting the cooktop installed. And we are very satisfied with the operation and look of the new cooktop

Sue was amazing. She was so knowledgeable, helpful and reliable. She took the time to learn about what I really needed from my washing machine, and recommended a product accordingly. As my large family had been without a washing machine for a while, our dirty clothes situation was getting dire, and she ensured prompt delivery and installation. The washing machine is amazing. Couldn't be happier.

The first delivery of my new washing machine was a disappointment as when it got unpacked there were two pronounced dents on it. An email was sent to Kleenmaid stating the faults and to my surprise the damaged washing machine was replaced with a new one. Thank you Kleenmaid you did well! The machine is easy to use with all its wonderful programs and I am happy.
