The Property did take eight months to sell. Cheree thought it would sell for a higher price than another Agent had given me. But it did not. Once it came down in price it did attract more buyers. The house was empty and just under an hour from where I lived and in that situation eight months is too long. I might add that both Agents had to travel that didtance as well.
Cheree’s knowledge of the market was spot on.
We had a great experience with Emma selling our house. She was sensitive to our needs and very responsible, helping us every step of the way. As well as being very personable, Emma has also a very well developed understanding of the market and both the selling and buying perspective.
