The whole experience with Jo-Ann was completely stress free. I was away for most of the selling period and was confident my house was in safe hands.
The decision to sell came about quickly. Linda was quick to provide me with all documentation to sign so the house could be placed on the market within a short timeframe. Linda had sold a similar property a short time before mine and had interested buyers from that sale that she could call upon for inspecting my property. This resulted in the first viewers buying my property as asking price and without delay. Linda always kept me upto date with where the process was at.
Emma Hutton is the most hard working lady in realestate, her work ethic is second to none, Emma follows up of every little item that requires attention and gets the results that is required to look after her clients and gets the sales done. We would like to thank Jo for her work selling our unit. We are based interstate and with COVID, we had to do everything remotely. Jo made all the arrangements to clean up the unit ready for sale and liaised closely with the contractors involved. She has a sound knowledge of prices in the area and kept us well informed throughout the process.
