Just wanted my hair curled. Cost me $45 and then have to fix them myself at home. Not impressed.
My son got a hair cut was only meant to be a trim well it wasn’t she hacked at his hair and then when I complained so said well all I can do is say sorry it’s not like I can glue it back on!! (Obviously) Didn’t even offer a refund or anything!! Absolutely disgraceful. I won’t be back!
Today I popped in for a trim. The place was an absolute mess! I had to push a seat and hairdressing trolley out of my way to get past the front counter to be seated. Once I was seated I looked around the place and was disgusted by what I saw. Not one inch of the place was clean. If you can't keep on top of general cleanliness how can I be assured that you are sterilising anything? After sitting there for 5 mins with no communication from anyone I left. I would highly recommend NOT going there.
Never been disappointed the staff are lovely wouldn't go anywhere else
Im devastated.. My head looks like a half chewed minty. My side burns are non-existant and my face looks fatter then ever. The lady who cut my hair said 'dont worry, they'll grow back' refering to my side burns.. Im now having to go through professional therapy to cope with the loss of my beautiful locks of hair. The hat i bought to cover my seagull style hair cut cost me $30 im now out of pocket $52 including the haircut. Im an apprentice sparky, well used to be until i showed up at work to be bullied.
