We were directed to Kylie by our Real Estate agent. We had used a stylist when we sold our last house, and basically the advice boiled down to baskets in the wardrobe and more cushions. I was expecting much of the same. How wrong was I. Kylie takes a whole property approach to her styling, starting from the street and working her way in the the deepest darkest parts of your wardrobe. I employed KE Decoration & Design to style my home in preparing it for sale. Kylie came out for the initial consultation and had such great ideas on how to style for maximum impact . I am downsizing and didn't want to buy any items so by hiring KE Decoration & Design Kylie used her soft furnishings to style all rooms. Her advice on non-clutter, paint colour, garden and all things involved with making my house look its best for sale worked really well as it sold within 2 weeks of being listed (and above my reserve price).
