I have been through 3 rental agencies now and I have found that Just Property is one of the most unrealistic when it comes to rent inspections and how houses should be, I’m a mother of three and my house isn’t perfect, a little washing to be folded and a few dishes in the sink and some kids toys on the floor. Hi Trista, Here at Just Property Management it is always our aim to, at the end of a tenancy, be able to return a tenants bond in full to them. To enable us to do this, we take a proactive approach during tenancies and will always let our tenants know what needs to be actioned during the tenancy, rather than waiting for the end of the tenancy. They have been managing a property of ours in Millbridge. Manage is definitely an overstatement on their behalf!
