Jays' knowledge and communication was second to none! After months of an extremely bad experience with a local RE agent we turned to Jay to sell our house, and that experience completely changed our experience, and our house sold day 1! It was so refreshing to work with such an honest genuine and enthusiastic agent Thanks Jay
Really appreciated the enthusiasm that Fin had for getting my house sold. I was very happy with the sale and the overall experience using JTS Realty.
I was very impressed with Jay and team for the overall experience of putting my house up for sale.
Fin is a reliable guy. He always make time whenever we want to see available properties. He always respond in a timely manner to our queries. He is young, friendly and hardworking.
Fin was excellent throughout the whole process of purchasing our home. He was full of local knowledge, able to answer questions we had and if he didn't know the answer, he made sure to find out. He was easy to get a hold of if needed and always communicated with us promptly. I absolutely would recommend Fin as a property agent and hope to work with him again in the future.
Fin's knowledge of the local market and community was outstanding and helpful for an out-of-towner like me. His relaxed, frank, friendly and helpful manner and sense of humour were all really appreciated. Fin was great throughout a long and difficult negotiation process, and he stayed in communication with all parties throughout. Unusual to leave a glowing review for an agent but Fin is not like any agent I've met in >25 years.
House sold in timely manner and at market value as predicted.
Fin had a good understanding of the market and ensured that he was able to obtain the best price for my property. He was a good communicator and always in touch to up date me on enquiries and offers. I was extremely happy with the service and result for selling my property.
