Double garage panel lift door, one lift spring broke, called JA out, came very promptly, can fault on call out service. Have been told spring won't be available for 4 weeks, that takes us to Christmas, I'm guessing with holiday closure we won't see our door fixed until mid Jan. The point that burns me is that we were told to just leave our cars out in the street until the problem is resolved. IT'S HAIL SEASON!!! We need our door problem rectified sooner. After six weeks and told will be priority when doors do come in now have to wait till the 7th week not happy
Door worked perfectly for the last 7 years. You guys install a motor on the door and do a pretty average job. Screws left out of tracks and now door doesn't work. You come back to check it and tell us it's sorted out yet the door still doesn't open and close properly. Won't be recommending to any one. Not impressed
